Description
Mix by hand with 1/3c. butter, softened and 1 egg, beaten or 2 tbsp. butter, softened and 1/4c. applesauce, 1/2 tsp. vanilla optional. Roll dough into 1 1/2″ balls onto lined cookie sheet. Press with fork. Bake at 350. 12 mins. Makes 12 cookies.
